EVENT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Bookings Consist of Tables of up to 10 Guests and are available to be booked as a full table or individual places for this event. (individual places may be grouped together to form a full table)
2) Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your booking
3) All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT
4) All Events are subject to availability and are not confirmed until deposits have been paid and accepted by St Peters Hall
5) Please advise a representative of St Peters Hall of any dietary or other special requirements you or any of your guests require at the time of booking any tickets where possible. All dietary requirements of any guests are to be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
6) Guests are not permitted to bring any drinks into the venue for consumption on the premises
7) The Management reserve the right of admission to the venue
8) The monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred or used to pay any other goods or services, unless clause 14 below applies.
9) Any and all Covid restrictions set out by The Welsh Assembly at the time of this event will be strictly adhered too. If any changes of restrictions effect the seating arrangements, entertainment or any other factors that could impact our guests, written notice will be sent via e mail at the earliest notice.
10) Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds to any bookings once the final balance has been paid due to the costs incurred by St Peters Hall in order to put on the event such as produce and stock ordering, entertainment fees and other costs associated to running live events. We have worked with our clients to the best of our abilities to minimise any risk of financial loss by taking a smaller non refundable deposit for events and leaving it as late as possible to collect final balances.
11) If however the event as an entirety has to be cancelled by St Peters Hall, a full refund will be issued to the client including all deposits and as much prior notice will be given via e mail as possible.
12) The safety and enjoyment of staff and other customers is something we take very seriously at St Peters Hall and any abusive, threatening, violent or rude behaviour directed at any staff or customers will not be tolerated and the individual or individuals will be asked to leave and if required Police will be called.
13). St Peters Hall operates a strict zero tolerance approach to all illegal drugs, narcotics and substances. If any guest is found to be taking, in possession of, or under the influence of any illegal drugs or substances they will be asked to leave and all relevant authorities will be notified.
14). We want all of our guests to have a great time with us at St Peters Hall and understand that on occasions, some patrons can possibly overdo the amount of alcohol consumed. St Peters Hall and any employees or sub contractors such as bar staff, door staff and management reserve the right to issue patrons a 'Do Not Serve' (DNS) notice if we feel they are excessively intoxicated.
15). We operate a 'Challenge 25' policy in St Peters Hall. Any guest that appears to look under the age of 25 may be asked to show ID when purchasing or consuming any alcoholic beverage whilst in the venue.
16). All timings and menu's shown are to be used as a guide and although all efforts will be made to follow this event itinerary, some timings or menu changes could be subject to change if required. If there are any changes, we will notify all ticket holders in writing via e mail.

TRAVEL & PARKING
Please note we DO NOT have any on site parking, however we are surrounded by multiple parking options and getting to St Peters Hall via public transport is simple.

Getting to us By Train
St Peters Hall is located just a 5 minute walk from Queen Street Station.
Leave Queen Street Station and turn right until passing Subway. Follow the road to the right (Newport Road) and follow this road until you reach the first set of Traffic Lights (a Starbucks is located at this junction)
At these lights turn left onto Richmond Road.
Follow Richmond Road for approximately 300 yards and the road will bend to the right (you will see The Mansion House in front of you and Kings Monkton School to your right)
You are now on St Peters Street, St Peters Hall is located alongside St Peters Church which is accessed alongside the Church via a private lane.
Parking Options
We are blessed with multiple parking options at St Peters Hall.
All Parking Spaces on St Peters Street in-front of the Church offer 2 hour free parking between 9am and 6pm. After 6pm parking is free with no restrictions on time left.
Located on St Peters Street is a secure, manned parking facility which is open between 8am and 6pm and costs just £4 for all day parking.
All spaces along Richmond Road, City Road, The Parade and all other adjoining roads offer 2 hour free parking and then low rate additional hour parking which are 24 hour accessible and in many cases offer free parking after 6pm
