From dining events with Royalty, Theatrical performances and Stage Shows, Mhendi parties and Nikah's, through to business product launches, family parties and hundreds of wedding celebrations, the great Hall has played its part in creating countless memories and experiences.

What's included

Here at St Peters Hall Cardiff we are proud to offer complete transparency when booking The Great Hall for your event.  Below you will find a detailed list of what's included within your hire fee:


  • Exclusivity of The Great Hall
  • Exclusivity of The Terrace
  • All required Bar and Front of House Staff (please note some events may require door staff which are not included within the hire fee)
  • Room Uplighting
  • Modern Dance floor
  • In-built PA system and microphones if required
  • Up to 130 Black Banquet Chairs with Silver Frames
  • Up to 13 modern beech wood topped dining tables (set up to 10 guests per table)
  • Up to 6 x Heavy based 80 x 80 cm square tables


Please note when booking St Peters Hall, the venue and bar staff are what are included within the hire fee.  The room will be set up prior to your booking with chairs and tables set in the agreed manner detailed within the booking agreement.  Any additional decoration / table linen will not be provided by the venue unless specified in writing.


For any Wedding events we do recommend the services of freelance wedding planners if required to assist you with your special day.


Please be advised that all set up times must be included within the booking time session(s)

The Great Hall Hire Fees & Access Times

Please note hire fees quoted include any required set up / additional decoration times / take down times which are charged at the rate quoted below.  The room will be laid out as agreed with your event manager prior to your access time and the bar will be staffed (if required from the time of guest arrival) with the venue set at event temperature 30 minutes prior to the agreed time of guest arrival.
