Step 1: CHECK AVAILABILITY
If you have a specific date in mind for your event or celebration, use our online availability checker below to see if The Grand Hall is available.
If your preferred date is available - or if you’re flexible with your scheduling - simply proceed to Step 2 to continue planning your event.
Step 2: Arrange Your Initial Consultation
Schedule a 15-minute video call with a member of the SPHC team to discuss your event requirements. This is your opportunity to ask any questions, explore available options, and ensure our venue is the perfect fit for your event or celebration.
Step 3: View the Venue
After your initial call, if you feel that SPHC could be the perfect venue for your event or celebration, you’ll be invited to book a venue viewing with one of our event planners.
You’ll receive a link to your event planner’s availability, allowing you to schedule a one-hour viewing appointment at your convenience.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the venue and discuss the finer details of your event to ensure everything is just right.
