The Richmond Lounge is Cardiff's premier private hire facility, boasting a private bar which is stocked with premium Beers, Spirits, Wines and Champagnes. The Richmond Lounge also is equipped with all of the latest in Audio Visual Technology and certainly delivers the wow factor upon entry.

Here at SPHC we are proud to offer complete transparency when booking The Richmond Lounge for your event. Below you will find a detailed list of what's included within your hire fee:
Please note hire fees quoted include any required set up / additional decoration times / take down times which are charged at the rate quoted below. The room will be laid out as agreed with your event manager prior to your access time and the bar will be staffed (if required from the time of guest arrival) with the venue set at event temperature 30 minutes prior to the agreed time of guest arrival.

A 20% discount can be offered to all charity bookings and charitable events.
Please note in order to receive this rate a letter from the registered charity will be needed to be provided

2. ARRANGE INITIAL TELEPHONE CALL
The initial 15 minute telephone or Video Call is where a member of the team at SPHC can learn more about your requirements and you can ask any questions you may have.
3. VIEW THE VENUE
After completing your Initial Call, if you feel SPHC could be the perfect venue to host your event or celebration, you will be invited to book a Viewing of the Venue with one of our Event Planners.
You will be sent a link to your event planners viewing availability to book this one hour viewing appointment. During your viewing you will be able to go through the finer details of your event.
