The Richmond Lounge features a fully stocked private bar, offering a selection of premium beers, spirits, wines, and champagnes.
Designed to impress, it is also equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, ensuring a seamless experience for both social and corporate events. From the moment you step inside, The Richmond Lounge delivers the wow factor, making it a standout venue for any occasion.

At SPHC, we believe in transparent pricing, so you know exactly what’s included when booking The Richmond Lounge for your event.
- A dedicated member of staff throughout your event
- Table service for all guests (if required)
- Colour-controlled room lighting (optional)
- 120-inch 4K projector system
- In-built PA system and microphones (available upon request)
- Seating for up to 30
- Flexible modular furniture to suit your event’s layout
The Richmond Lounge Hire Fees & Access Times
Our hire fees are fully inclusive of any required setup, additional decoration time, and takedown time, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden costs.
The room will be prepared according to your agreed layout before your access time, and if required, the bar will be staffed from the moment your guests arrive. To ensure comfort, the venue will be set to the ideal temperature 30 minutes prior to guest arrival.

Charity & Repeat Booking Discounts
We are pleased to offer a 20% discount on venue hire for charity bookings and charitable events.
To qualify for this discounted rate, a letter from the registered charity must be provided at the time of booking.
For repeat or consecutive bookings, please contact your event manager to discuss available rates and tailored pricing options.

Step 2: Arrange Your Initial Call
Book a 15-minute telephone or video call with a member of the SPHC team to discuss your event requirements.
This is your opportunity to share your vision, ask any questions, and receive expert guidance on planning your perfect event.
Step 3: View the Venue
After your initial call, if you feel that The Richmond Lounge could be the perfect venue for your event or celebration, you’ll be invited to book a venue viewing with one of our event planners.
You’ll receive a link to your event planner’s availability, allowing you to schedule a one-hour viewing appointment at your convenience.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the space and discuss the finer details of your event to ensure everything is just right.
