Over the years, The Grand Hall has played host to a huge range of events and celebrations.



Hosting Hundreds of Weddings & Parties through to dining events with Royalty, Theatrical performances and Stage Shows, Mhendi parties and Nikah's, 

The Grand Hall has played its part in creating countless memories and experiences. 

There are few event venues within Cardiff that can offer such space and versatility as The Grand Hall, therefore making The Grand Hall, an extremely popular choice when booking a venue for any event or celebration.

What's included within the Hire Fee

Here at St Peters Hall Cardiff we are proud to offer complete transparency when booking The Grand Hall for your event.  Below you will find a detailed list of what's included within your hire fee:

• Exclusivity of The Grand Hall
• Exclusivity of The Terrace
• All required Bar and Front of House Staff (please note some events may require door staff which are not included within the hire fee)
• Room Uplighting
• Modern Dance floor
• In-built PA system and microphones if required
• Up to 130 Black Banquet Chairs with Silver Frames (additional chairs can be hired in at a surcharge if required)
• Up to 13 x 5ft round tables covered with black table cloths (additional round tables can be hire in at a surcharge if required)
• Up to 6 x Heavy based 80 x 80 cm square tables
• Up to 6 x 160cm x 80cm rectangular 'trestle style' tables covered with black table cloths (additional tables can be hired in at a surcharge if required)

Please note when booking St Peters Hall, the venue and bar staff are what are included within the hire fee.  The room will be set up prior to your booking with chairs and tables set in the agreed manner detailed within the booking agreement.  Any additional decoration / table linen will not be provided by the venue unless specified in writing.

The Grand Hall Hire Fees & Access Times

Please note hire fees quoted include any required set up / additional decoration times / take down times which are charged at the rate quoted below.  The room will be laid out as agreed with your event manager prior to your access time and the bar will be staffed (if required from the time of guest arrival) with the venue set at event temperature 30 minutes prior to the agreed time of guest arrival.
